Questions
What do I get for free?
Every new account gets 3 free credits once, plus 1 free credit every day. Free daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC and do not accumulate: an unused daily credit is gone the next day.
How many credits does a generation cost?
Each tool shows its price on the Generate button, for example "Generate · 1 credit". Running it again costs credits again.
Do credits expire?
Credits from the $4.99 pack never expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for, and they stay usable after you cancel until that period ends.
What if a generation fails?
If a job fails after its retries, the credits are returned to you automatically.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, any time from your account page. You keep your subscription credits until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable except for failed jobs, which are refunded automatically. If something looks wrong, email hello@apambo.com.
