What apambo does
apambo offers tools that use artificial intelligence to generate text from the details you enter. You need an account to generate anything.
AI-generated output
Output is produced by AI models and can be wrong, repetitive, or unsuitable. It may also be similar to output other people receive. You are responsible for reading what you generate and deciding whether to use it. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
As between you and us, you may use the output for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. We do not promise that output is unique or free of third-party rights.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Credits, payments and refunds
Generations cost credits. New accounts receive free credits, and a limited number of free credits are added each day; free daily credits do not accumulate. You can buy a one-time credit pack or a monthly subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep using its credits until the period ends.
Credits are non-refundable, except that credits are returned automatically when a job fails. We may change prices and free allowances for the future; changes do not affect credits you already hold.
Acceptable use
Do not use apambo to break the law, to harass, deceive or harm others, to generate sexual content involving minors, to infringe others' rights, or to attack or overload the service or evade its limits (for example by creating many accounts). We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give us accurate information. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use apambo after a change means you accept it.
